FRIED CHICKEN CUISINE |MaryamsjoyfulKitchen


Hey guys, here is the measurement of the spices I added to the chicken:

1 tsp of thyme

1 1/2 tsp of Knorr chicken flavor

1 tsp of sea salt

6 cups of water
Cook time was 35 minutes on medium high heat. Make sure to check regularly because the water could overflow when it starts boiling. The vegetable oil, I let heat up for about 7 mins on high heat. Then I turned it down to medium high because I didn't want to burn up the chicken. Each side of the drumstick was cooked for 10 minutes or until golden crunchy brown. Have fun as you try my recipes!P.S. The rice is pretty much self explanatory. However, I added 1 1/2 tsp of Jamaican curry to give it a kick!
