14 STATES INCREASE MINIMUM WAGE BUT GEORGIA

Good news to workers in 14 States. By New Year's Day their wages increase will go into effect. This is the type of change that happens when people come together and fight for change. I wish the governor of the state of Georgia would have followed in the example of these 14 states and done the same for workers here. Maybe there's still hope. In the mean time, here is the list of states that made the list of 14:

Arkansas: $7.50 to $8.00

California: $9.00 to $10.00

Colorado: $8.23 to $8.31

Connecticut: $9.15 to $9.60

Hawaii: $7.75 to $8.50

Massachusetts: $9.00 to $10.00

Michigan: $8.15 to $8.50
