Nigerian Women Who Are Winning

I appreciate women who work hard and pursue their dreams. Women who rise above every occasion to become very successful at what they do, without depending or relying on a man. One of these ladies on my list recently got divorced from her husband but instead of letting the circumstance pull her down, she has risen above it to become one of Nigeria's rising career women. Ladies, the best revenge to your haters is your success. Do the work and let your success drive your haters crazy!

Stephanie Linus

She is one of the leading actresses and activists for women's health in Africa. She has a foundation that caters to women with VVF in Africa. I appreciate her because she is making a positive impact on thousands of lives in Nigeria and Africa.
Linda Ikeji

I have so much respect for Linda because she has created a fortune for herself by pursuing her passion in blogging. She has not waited or depended on a man to provide for her. She did it all by herself and keeps growing.
Genevieve Nnaji

Genevieve has always been one of my favorite Nollywood actresses, back when I was crazy about Nollywood movies. Her dedication and interpretation of her roles are amazing. She has also made a fortune for herself through acting and endorsement deals. She recently launched her own clothing line as well. I just love it when women win!
Toke Makinwa

Toke is one of those confident and outspoken people you come across and have a blast listening to. What makes me respect her is the fact that she is a hard worker. She has a Youtube channel; Toke Moments, where she shares her opinions on relationships and lifestyles. You may not agree with some of the things that she says, however, you can't ignore the passion that she displays. She recently got a divorce from her husband but unlike many women who would have been broken and lost their confidence after a divorce, she rose above it like a champ!
