Chinese Rice by Chidinma Okpara||Recipes

Hey guys, this is I delivering on my earlier promise. Here's a yummy recipe I got from the Facebook group So You Think You Can Cook. I have been a part of this group for about a year now. The cooks and food enthusiasts on this group know how to throw down in the kitchen! Here's the picture and simple recipes:

"Doing a repost for those who have been asking. This is Chinese rice made with no eggs. Recipe here: Wash rice until clear. Cook until al dente. Put it in the refrigerator for about an hour or spread on a tray to cool. Scramble some eggs if using. In the same pan add some oil and sauté some chopped beef until cooked( I marinated my beef with a little corn starch, soy sauce and a pinch of salt. You do not have to use corn starch) Heat some cooking oil. sauté onions until almost translucent. Grate in some garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant; then add any vegetables of your choice. Season with black pepper, white pepper, soy sauce and fish sauce or oyster sauce. (Use only a bit of fish or oyster sauce because it is quite salty) Sauté for another 2minutes. Add your beef and eggs if using and mix well; then add rice in little increments and stir fry.(you want to fry your rice on high heat) Add more soy sauce if you want. Check for seasonings and season with a little salt if needed. Stir in green onions and serve I hope this works"
