Hey y'all. Welcome to my blog. So earlier I uploaded my fufu and peanut soup recipe and some of my sweet people wanted to know the exact ingredients. These are the ingredients I used: 3 1/2 tablespoons of Peanut butter, 1 1/2 teaspoon of beef bouillon, 1/2 a teaspoon of Nigerian hot dried ground peppers, 1/2 a teaspoon of salt, half chopped medium onion, 1/4 cup of palm oil, some chicken or beef or even fish (depending on what you prefer), a tin of tomato paste and 2 cups of water. Get a pot or a deep sauce pan. Put it on medium high heat. Add your palm oil, let heat up for about 2 or 3 minutes. Add your chopped onions, stir until the onions caramelize. Add your seasoning, stir and then add your chicken. Let your chicken brown for about 5-7 mins. Then add your tomato paste. Stir until the chicken is coated with the tomato paste. Proceed to add your water. Stir until the water saturates the paste and entire content. Finally, add your peanut butter and stir, until content comes together. Turn down heat to medium low, cover pot and let content simmer for 7 mins. turn off stove and let cool and then you're ready to serve. You can eat this with fufu or white rice. You call the shots! Boil some water add your flour and stir, until content comes together into one big delicious mound. Enjoy!
